The Pathfinders Challenge is a national competition that’s offering real prizes to students who build something that solves a problem we face as college students. It’s run by Stellic, in partnership with Anthropic and Lovable. There’s $12K in prizes. The grand prize is $5,000, and the top three teams present live at a national summit in front of leaders from colleges across the country.
The prompt: build something that helps students navigate college and what comes after.
You don’t need to know how to code. Registering gets you free credits for both: Lovable builds working apps from plain-English descriptions, and Claude API credits let you build with code if you want to. Any major, any school, solo or teams of up to three (friends at other schools count).
A submission is just a working link, a 2-minute video, and a 500-word write-up. Submissions close August 21.
