Awards Categories:

• Graduate Student Research Award
  Open to CSE graduate students who have passed candidacy, this award is given in recognition of exceptional research contributions.
• Undergraduate Student Research Award
  Open to CSE undergraduate students, this award is given in recognition of exceptional research contributions.
• Faculty Teaching Award
  This award is given to a member of the faculty who demonstrates exemplary ability in the classroom and in his/her interaction with students.
• Graduate Student Teaching Award (Eleanor Quinlan Memorial Award)
  This award is given to a graduate student teaching associate who demonstrates exemplary ability in the classroom and in his/her interaction with students.
• Service Award
  This award is given to a current CSE faculty or staff member or student who contributes to the Department’s success by providing service that significantly exceeds expectations.
• Research Staff Award
  The award is given to a research staff member (research scientist, associate, assistant, specialist or post-doctoral researcher) for their exceptional contributions to the department’s research mission.
• Chair’s Special Service Award
  This award is given to someone other than a current CSE faculty or staff member or student who has made sustained and/or outstanding contributions to the Department.
