We’re thrilled to unveil our brand-new Pitch Competition, designed to amplify your ideas and connect you with a high-impact audience.
The top ten applicants:
- Get Expert Coaching: Receive personalized pitch coaching from seasoned mentors.
- Go Live on Stage: Present in front of interested companies and compete for prize money.
How It Works:
Choose your path—or go for both!
Option A: Apply to Pitch
- Share your story. Build excitement. Garner support. Those chosen to pitch will also be receive a table spot. Pitch competition registration closes on Sun, March 9.
Option B: Showcase Your Work
- Host a table “career fair style” and engage directly with ShowOHI/O attendees without the pitch competition. Table spots are limited. The deadline for tabling applications is Sun, March 16.

Resource Table Info
ShowOHI/O invites a variety of organizations from the community to host resource tables that may be of interest to entrepreneurs and event
attendees. If you are interested in hosting a resource table, please email us at hackathon@osu.edu.
Awards
The best startup pitch, which is selected by a panel of judges, will receive a $1,000 cash prize. We also present the Buckeye Choice Award every year to the best ShowOHI/O project, as selected by event attendees. Winners will receive a $500 cash prize to further their project. Skillbuilder.io will also present a $500 cash prize to an AI based team.
