In order to participate in High School I/O, OHI/O's Code of Conduct & Photo Release must be filled out. Parents will receive these forms via DocuSign as soon as a student registers for the event. Please direct all questions about accessing the DocuSign to hackathon@osu.edu. Student participants must submit all required forms to participate.
